Argos Business Innovations is seeking an MRO Analyst with knowledge/experience in ERP/Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) systems, Oracle eBusiness suite, USAF depot maintenance processes and systems, and Microsoft Office tools. The successful candidate will join an innovative team supporting the USAF located across the Air Logistic Complexes: Hill AFB, UT, Tinker AFB, OK and Warner Robins AFB, GA. All candidates must have or be able to obtain a government NAC Clearance rating. Travel to the ALC’s and Wright-Patterson AFB, OH to attend MRO workshops and training up to 5 trips per year.
Responsibilities
- Input maintenance data into Oracle eBusiness Suite applications focused on cMRO.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite modules/applications focused on maintenance.
- Maintain a working knowledge of current USAF depot maintenance processes and systems. Should be familiar with Air Force provided business processes, policies, and procedures.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be capable of participating and communicating in a team environment that spans multiple sites.
- Create/Update on-line documentation of meetings, testing procedures, findings and results.
- Find Tech Order data through ETIMS, T.O. library or other official means. Read and interpret tech orders and Illustrated Parts Breakdowns in order to create routes, master configurations and composition lists. Research and validate item/ manufacturing part numbers, WUC, SMR, quantities and NSN information. Access D043 or FED LOG to validate part numbers and NSN’s. Capture data for employee records, item masters, departments, resource pools, master configurations, composition lists, routes, maintenance requirements, quality plans, constrained equipment and machines.
- Create spreadsheets and properly format the data elements based on agreed upon naming conventions for entry into the cMRO database. Sequence master configurations, composition lists, routes and maintenance requirements. Participate in meetings and teleconferences to collaborate with other sites. Develop cMRO training materials.
- Use the researched, validated and formatted data from the spreadsheets to enter into cMRO instance for testing purposes. Create visits, transact labor and complete tasks to mirror production’s physical transactions. Use Quality Center to capture MRO instance transactions for testing purposes.
- Participate in Agile processes to include attending scrum meetings, demos, planning events, and system testing. Utilize data from legacy systems to create pivot tables and analyze data when requested by customer.
- Collaborate with team members to create and maintain user guides and training manuals for processes. Work with onsite government clients to assist with creation of site transition and implementation activities and plans.
Qualifications
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a NAC Security Clearance.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in data analytics, project management or related field.
- Experience with government/DoD depot systems are preferred.
- Experience with implementing software and/ or business processes is preferred.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools to document processes, compile data, and record findings.
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to promote a team building environment.
